This is far, far truer than many realise or want to realise.

Do you see this around you? How do you best filter it?

For me it’s awareness and non participation.

Those purely negative for no other reason than to be negative conversations are not on my list of things to do.

A conversation that may include something negative within it as a discussion point to resolve something, work through it, find a solution, sit with it and alchemise it to a positive, accept that it is present but not accept that it is all that is present, is a different thing.

It’s one very small example of how we easily become what we allow.
