it’s not always because something is “wrong” with your sleep habits. 😴

When you’re under stress, your nervous system sends subtle signals to brace - tightening your jaw, holding your breath, clenching your abdomen or pelvic floor. Over time, that “holding pattern” becomes your body’s new normal.
