The Dietary Department truly went above and beyond today, serving up a mouthwatering feast of Bourbon Street Chicken, Rice, Beans, and Gumbo in honor of Mardi Gras! This fantastic event was held as a freewill donation to support the Tau Fund. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who came out to enjoy the meal and generously donated! And let’s give a big shoutout to our wonderful Dietary staff for their unwavering dedication—serving patients, visitors, and team members at Franciscan Healthcare every single day!
