A small batch of Cough & Chest Syrup will be dropped off tomorrow at Timber Trail Mercantile! I know at least one is already spoken for but you can still get your hands on this powerful herbal syrup! These incredible herbs act together to alleviate cold & cough symptoms by soothing sore throats, reducing inflammation, & acting as an expectorant to clear mucus! I've been working on something special! 🤭 This project was something that started as an idea just for my little family but I figured someone else might be interested too! So lets give it a shot!

These first aid kits will be stuffed full with my incredible products! Everything will be shelf stable and all in aluminum packaging so you can take these anywhere! They will have most of my products along with a super secret new product Im working on 🤫 and a bunch of emergency/survival goodies! These will be ready for any adventure even if it's not in Skull County! Take them camping, hiking, foraging, or use them as an emergency car kit.. whatever you want! I'll be posting more as I slowly get them finished including a full list and photos of everything included. If I can work a little magic these will hopefully be done in time for old St. Nick ✨😉️🫶

Two sizes pictured here.. the large metal ammo box, suitable for a family of 2 and the two small plastic ammo boxes (will be metal in the future) are more suited for a single person. Hope you guys love these, I'm glad super excited for this project! Wishing all of you Yuletide cheer!

🚨 Fun Medicinal Herb Alert 🚨

I don't know about you but in the Skull County Apothecary house it is officially hot coco weather! ☕️ This year we're trying something different.. REAL marshmallows! Recipe below so you can try it too!

🧠 Did you know.....️⁉️

The original marshmallow was a confection made from the sap of the Althaea officinalis plant, or marshmallow root, a medicinal remedy in ancient Egypt dating all the way back to 2000 BCE! Egyptians combined the sap with honey and nuts to create a sweet treat reserved for royalty and gods.

In the 1800s, French confectioners started a major transformation by whipping the root's extract with sugar and egg whites to create the first "pâte de guimauve", the ancestor of today's soft, fluffy marshmallow.

The modern marshmallow is no longer made with marshmallow root. The original confection was a medicinal and royal treat, while the modern version is a mass-produced candy with a different recipe.. 🥲

New product drop at Timber Trail Mercantile! Today I dropped off more auto scents in the original "Simmering Pot" and a new scent called "Mountain Moon" all made exclusively with jojoba and essential oils. Also new for you is the body oil roller fragrance in our signature scent "Skull County" all of these come in our beautiful frosted glass skulls of course!

🧣🫖 Simmering Pot- Base notes of spicy clove and cinnamon with a hint of rosemary and a citrus top.
*Smells just like a Simmer pot on a cozy autumn day.

🌕🌲 Mountain Moon- A base of delicate blooming Jasmine with top notes of Frankincense & Rain with a whiff of Juniper.
*Smells like a moonlit walk through the woods.

💀🪵 Skull County (Body Fragrance)- Musky Cedar & Juniper with a base of fresh rain & Frankincense.
*Smells like a drive through the backwoods of Calaveras after a fresh rain.

I want to thank everyone who came out to the grand opening of the Timber Trail Mercantile today! We had an incredible turn out!! So many incredible vendors and I met some great people today, thank you!
