🌿 What to Do Before and After Your Massage 🌿
✨ Before Your Massage ✨
1. Hydrate! Drinking water helps your muscles and tissues stay supple and ready for bodywork.
2. Arrive early. Give yourself 5–10 minutes to relax, breathe, and shift out of “go mode.”
3. Skip heavy meals. A light snack is perfect; a full stomach can make it harder to relax.
4. Communicate your needs. Let your therapist know about any soreness, injuries, or pressure preferences.

1. Drink more water. I like to suggest electrolytes as well.
2. Take it easy. Give your body time to absorb the benefits — avoid intense workouts for a few hours.
3. Stretch gently. A few light stretches can help maintain that relaxed feeling longer.
4. Notice how you feel. Tune in to your body — relaxation, improved mobility, or deeper sleep are all signs your body is responding well.
