Hot Yoga West Reading Our Hot Yoga studio is the first and only of it's kind in Reading, Pa and Berks County. Bikram Yoga West Reading was kind of like an unplanned pregnancy.

One day the vision of the studio spread goosebumps all over me and nine months later the doors were open. I watched this happen as though it was a movie. Everything fell into place and people showed up. It was never "me" doing it and "I" never made a decision, although I feel so joyous to be a part of it all. The studio belongs to everyone who walks through the doors and makes this community a reality! - Marnie

As Bikram Choudhury says...you're "Never too old, never too sick, never too late to do yoga and start from scratch once again." Bikram Yoga is a series of 26 postures and 2 breathing excercises done in a humid 100+ degree room. Designed to work every single cell in the body. Detox, De-stress, Lose Weight, Feel Amazing. Our facilities include men's and women's change rooms (both equipped with showers and toilets), and of course, the yoga studio itself-a large heated room with mirrors. There is ample parking in our private lot and street parking on both Franklin St. and 3rd Ave.

Meet Suzanne - One of our Hot Yoga teachers here at HYWR 🧘🏼‍♀️

🔥 Suzanne has been practicing yoga for the past 14 years and teaching for 12 years.

🔥 Suzanne’s favorite 26/2 pose is Camel Pose because it is her most challenging 😤

🔥 When Suzanne is not practicing or teaching yoga, you can find her hiking with her Golden Retriever, Buddy, camping, at the beach, or traveling to Georgia to spend time with her daughter and her family. 🏖️

🔥 Some of Suzanne’s favorite hobbies include fishing and being in the mountains. 🎣

🔥 If Suzanne could travel anywhere in the world Israel is on her bucket list. 🌍

Danita just completed 30 consecutive days of yoga and is already continuing on to 60. If you’ve practiced with her, you know that smile — steady, kind, and determined. She shows up, does the work, and brings such a beautiful energy into the room.

This is what the challenge is really about. Not perfection. Not pushing. Just committing to yourself one day at a time and seeing what happens.

We’re so proud of you, Danita. Keep going — we’re with you every step (and every savasana) of the way.
