At our practice, we’re reminding patients that many eye injuries and vision issues happen on the job — but most are preventable.

Here’s how to protect your eyes at work:
✔️ Wear proper protective eyewear for hazardous tasks
✔️ Follow the 20-20-20 rule to reduce digital eye strain (every 20 minutes, look 20 feet away for 20 seconds)
✔️ Adjust lighting and screen positioning to minimize glare
✔️ Schedule routine comprehensive eye exams

Whether you work at a computer all day or in an industrial setting, protecting your vision protects your productivity.
