UPDATE: OFFICE CLOSED 2/23

In order to keep our patients and staff safe, and as Gov Healey has declared a State of Emergency in MA tomorrow with the impending storm, the office will be CLOSED tomorrow.

If you are scheduled for an appointment, the office will be reaching out to reschedule.

If an urgent matter arises, please call the office - we will be available by phone.

After careful consideration, in order to keep our staff and our patients safe and off the roads, the office will be closed today. If you had a scheduled routine visit, the office will be reaching out.
If there is a concern or urgent matter and you need to speak to someone, please call the office.

To Our Patients:

We are following the weather forecast for the upcoming storm (Sunday 1/25 - Monday 1/26) very closely. Our current plan is to delay our opening on Monday 1/26 until 10AM. This plan will be reassessed as more information becomes available over the next few days. Nurse triage and advice will still be available by phone at all times.

Please be advised that any car left in the parking lot overnight Sunday night into Monday will be towed, so that the plows may clear the area for use on Monday morning.

If you have an appointment scheduled for Monday 1/26, and would like to reschedule, please call the office at your earliest convenience so that our staff can assist you in your request.

BYHEART INFANT FORMULA RECALL

The FDA has recalled some batches of a baby formula, ByHeart, for a chance that it is related to botulism in infants. It may not be a direct correlation, but to be cautious they recommended discarding any formula from ByHeart with these batch codes labeled on the bottom of the can:

Great News!

MyChart scheduling for our October weekend Flu Clinics will open this evening!

** November Flu Clinic Dates will be announced mid-October. **

At this time, we'll only have the Flu vaccine available. The flu vaccine is recommended for all patients 6 months old and up. We are waiting on the state to release ordering of the 2025-2026 Moderna COVID vaccine. As soon as we're able to order and have it in the office, we'll send out an update.

**When booking your Flu vaccine in MyChart, you can note in the comments section if you'd like the COVID vaccine (if available). This will help us with supply planning and keep our clinics running smoothly.

About Us

Roslindale Pediatric Associates was founded in the 1950’s by John Bowers, MD who practiced on South Street in Roslindale for many years as a solo practitioner. In 1971, he was joined by Robert Stacks, MD and the practice has been growing ever since. When the new ambulatory office building was built in 1995, Roslindale Pediatrics moved into a new location at the Brigham and Women’s Faulkner Hospital. In 2016, we moved to our new location at 2020 Centre Street in West Roxbury.
