For the week of November 24st - December 1st, Anima Flow is offering the following specials:
1. Tandem Myofascial Release Session With Holly & Shawn (2 therapists, 60 Minutes) $200 (normally $250)
2. Sixty (60) minute therapeutic bodywork session: $100 (normally $115)
3. One Day Retreat in Sedona including a Meditation, body awareness and movement session, an on land excursion in the Coconino National Forest and a therapeutic bodywork treatment: $500 (normally $650)

It is an intense time in our country, our world, our communities and our individual lives. We have all had a unique experience through this time that has likely caused us to question many things.
At the forefront, is our physical, emotional, mental and spiritual health. It has been a lifelong journey for me in the practice and maintenance of my own health and a lifelong calling for me to empower others to reach and maintain their health. I have been working with movement since I was 4 and teaching movement since I was 12. Onward to hands on practices and spending my time studying health and wellness before making it my full time career.
Managing our stress levels, reducing cortisol production, getting adequate sleep, healthy food, fresh air and sunshine are some fo the best things we can be doing for ourselves at this time. Making sure we connect with people in whatever ways feel good and appropriate for you at this time is also important for our mental health. Calming the nervous system is imperative for healthy immune function.
In this time of reflection, many have been called to make lifestyle changes. Some have left jobs, cities or relationships. Others may be thinking of changing their diet, exercise and self care routines to promote well being. Others may want to incorporate meditation, mindfulness, yoga or Qi Gong into their daily lives for their mental, physical and spiritual health. We can use this disruption as a catalyst to making lifestyle changes that have been on our minds.
My service to my clients is to be a coach, a helping hand along the path of your growth and empowered wellness. I continue to serve my clients with both bodywork and movement practices to ensure their health and well being. Respecting each individuals comfort level and place along their journey.
Holly offers hands on bodywork, specializing in myofascial release, therapeutic bodywork, energy work and healing and movement therapy including aspects of yoga, dance, sensual movement, primal movement and body awareness. Holly's extensive background in movement, beginning at age 4, study of the body and hands on work bring together a powerful opportunity to empower yourself to heal. No two sessions are the same as no two people are the same. Holly's assessments will address the entire person, not a singular condition. Resulting in very personal treatment designed to address your specific areas of dis-ease.
