We’ll begin with a gentle grounding meditation, then melt into crystal singing bowls + gong + more as the light fades and the sky opens.

This space is devoted to meditation, nature, and inner work. But inner work that ignores injustice isn’t wisdom—it’s avoidance.

I’m feeling angry, sad, and genuinely afraid about what’s being normalized in this country right now. My meditations of late are spent focusing on regulating my nervous system.

Meditation, for me, is about clarity and courage. Not disengagement.
