Since the studio on Seneca St. closed all yoga classes are now on Zoom. Simply go to the web-site to check out the schedule to find a class. Easy registration and payment through Square with a credit card.

Unfortunately, I have a sad announcement to make to everyone.

I spoke to the landlord yesterday (12/28/21) and told them that I am planning on closing the studio at the end of January. It has become difficult financially to keep the studio going. Classes will continue through January. I will continue to offer zoom classes after the studio closes. For those who bought tickets please check with me since each person may have a different situation.

I want to thank all of you who were on this amazing journey through all the changes over the years we were together. I do hope that you either continue to keep up with your yoga practice or consider joining in on zoom. My website will be continuing so you can check for updates on the news page, or you can also shoot me a text on how you are doing or if you have any questions.

You will always be in my heart and may the light of the Divine shine on you and bring you peace, contentment, tranquility, and joy. Namaste!
