The time is NOW.

We're all looking forward to nicer weather — and that means less clothes, more skin showing, and the uncomfortable feelings that come with it. The Summer Body.

Here in Buffalo, we don't get a gradual transition. We get extended winters, an abbreviated spring, and then — boom — instant summer.

No, you're not ready.

And truth is — you may never feel ready. That's the point.

Change isn't easy. That's exactly why so few people actually do it. But it's always worth it.

It's 2026. We have access to everything we need to know — everything we need to do, get, or become. Yet most of us choose to stay the same. Why? Comfort. We've gotten comfortable. Honestly? We've gotten soft as a society, and it shows.

Most people blame:
• Hormones
• Cortisol
