2026-2027 Tuition Benefits Program Now Open!
We are pleased to announce that the Partnership’s Tuition Benefits Program for 2026-2027 is now available!
This program provides CSEA-represented NYS employees with valuable financial support to pursue education, build skills, and advance their careers - while helping agencies strengthen and develop their workforce.
Supervisors, managers, and labor leaders are encouraged to share this information with their CSEA-represented staff.
Program Highlights
Standard Benefits
Get up to $5,000 per program year to help cover your course tuition for vocational, trades training, language, undergraduate credit, non-credit, and graduate courses.
Statewide Targeted Tuition Benefits
Get up to $2,500 in additional tuition support by enrolling in a training program for one of these high-demand career fields in New York State:
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL),
• Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning (HVAC),
• Nursing (RN or LPN programs),
• Welding.
Exam Fee Reimbursement
Get reimbursed up to $350 per eligible exam for credit-by-exam, certification, and licensure tests, so you can earn college credits or maintain professional credentials.
License Renewal Fee Reimbursement
Get reimbursed for renewing either a New York State (NYS) Class A or B Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) or a New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) License.
