Meninda has been practicing massage therapy since 1994, but her path into the field started with her own wellness journey.
After struggling with chronic headaches and migraines for years, she began getting weekly massages and quickly noticed how much of a difference they made in her daily life.
That experience sparked something in her, and it became clear to her that this was what she was meant to do. She wanted to help others feel the same relief and quality of life she had found through massage!

She believes massage is much more than relaxation; it’s a form of preventative care.
Regular massage helps reduce stress, support circulation, and keep the body functioning at its best, which can help prevent future issues over time.
One of the most rewarding parts of her job is knowing how many long-term clients rely on her.
Building those relationships and being someone her clients trust and depend on is what makes the work so meaningful to her.

Her specialties include neuromuscular and sports massage, and she enjoys working deeply to release chronic tension and support recovery.
She uses a combination of palms, thumbs, and petrissage—a kneading and rolling technique that helps loosen tight muscles and improve mobility, especially in larger muscle groups like the quads and glutes.
Her approach is thoughtful, intuitive, and always tailored to what each client’s body needs.

Outside of the treatment room, she loves staying active. You’ll often find her hiking, walking, biking, or spending time with her dog and kids.
She also enjoys cooking, photography, and traveling whenever she gets the chance.
A fun fact that surprises many people: she hasn’t eaten meat, chicken, or anything that “ever had a mother” since she was 17—and she’s now 61.

When it comes to wellness advice, her philosophy is simple and something she truly lives by: “never stop moving.”
