The Autism Connections parent support group, for parents of children and adults will meet this week on Wednesday 1/14 from 5:30-7pm on Zoom. This meeting is our 10 year anniversary for this group. Using simple countdown warnings like “5 minutes“, “2 minutes“, and “1 minute“ can help your child prepare for what’s coming next. These gentle cues support, smoother routines, reduce frustration, and bring a little more peace into this busy time of year.
