We are happy to share that patients can now upload documents directly through the patient portal! This feature allows you to send imaging reports, notes from outside providers, and other records securely and conveniently.

How it works:

When replying to a message from our office or composing a new message, patients will now see an “Add Attachments” link directly under their message.

Clicking this link opens your computer’s file directory, allowing you to choose and attach the document you want to send.

Once sent, the file will appear as an attachment within the message we receive in the portal.

This new feature should make it much easier for patients to share important information with us and help streamline chart documentation.

Responsibilities:
-Answering the phone for 4 location while maintaining a polite, consistent phone manner, using proper telephone etiquette and documentation. Recording phone messages and ensuring the proper party receives them

Verifying patient insurance

Updating demographics and insurance information in the EMR

Schedule diagnostic test, consults, procedures, etc.

Scheduling and canceling appointments for providers

Making reminder calls to patients

Requirements:
- Previous experience working in a medical office setting preferred
- Proficiency in using phone systems and office equipment
- Familiarity with medical terminology and basic understanding of healthcare procedures
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and ability to maintain patient confidentiality
- Strong administrative skills, including data entry and record keeping
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, professional demeanor with a focus on providing exceptional patient service

Responsibilities:

- Operate C-Arm equipment to capture images of patients' internal structures for diagnostic procedural purposes.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure accurate positioning of patients during procedures.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the procedure area, adhering to aseptic techniques.
- Adhere to protocols for radiation protection to minimize exposure risks for patients and staff.

- Order medical supplies for the office

-Travel to other sites to assit with injection procedures

Skills:

- Proficiency in X-ray imaging techniques and equipment operation.
- Knowledge of medical terminology and diagnostic radiology principles.
- Experience working with a C-ARM is a plus
