🎉Congratulations to our first class of 200 YTT Graduates!🌟So much hard work learning, group practice, and personal reflection along the way since May! Each YTT student had a Breathe Instructor mentor, and Breathe instructors Karin and Rebecca played major roles as master trainers too! It was all in collaboration with Beloved Yoga Sanctuary, Maryam the owner, and their master trainers. Maryam’s special guest, Aparajita Deb, brought us an ancient Indian dance performance called Odissi (you may notice yoga poses in the dance). Join us in celebrating these beautiful souls who might be teaching you yoga some day!
