Where Fitness Meets Yoga, this class blends the strength and intensity of a workout with the mindfulness and flow of yoga. You’ll build physical endurance, strength, agility, and mobility while also enhancing mental focus, body awareness, and inner calm. And it's east on the joints!
Expect a dynamic mix of toning and sculpting exercises—using ankle weights and other fitness/yoga tools (always optional)—woven seamlessly with yoga flow and mindful breathwork. The result is a balanced practice that challenges the body, supports recovery, and leaves you feeling strong, centered, and energized.
The room will be slightly heated
