✨ We’re Back! ✨

After welcoming my sweet baby, I officially returned from maternity leave last month — and we’ve already hit the ground running here at West University Speech! 💕

It’s been so wonderful to reconnect with our amazing families, meet new little ones, and jump right back into sessions filled with laughter, language, and growth.

Keep an eye out for tips and tricks on early language development, baby communication, and feeding — straight from a new mom who is in it with you!

There’s nothing spooky about speech at West U Speech! 🎃👻

As Halloween approached, we had a blast in our therapy sessions! From crafting spooky masks to exploring Halloween-themed books and games, our little ghouls and goblins improved their communication skills while they enjoyed the festivities!🕷️🕸️🧙🏻‍♀️

West U Speech had an unexpected (and adorable) visitor this week—everyone’s favorite SLP (snuggly lap pup), Grover! 🐕‍🦺 After some loud thunder, this sweet pup needed a little extra comfort, so he joined us for our session. The storm sparked a heartfelt conversation about fears and the things that bring us comfort. Having this little guy join us made it easier to open up and share. Sometimes, a wagging tail and a warm snuggle are just what we need to feel safe and supported. ⛈️🩵
