EXHALE is a 45-minute monthly meditation practice led by a rotating Roots instructor, designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and fully rest. We'll begin with gentle breathwork and short dharma, move into a guided meditation, and close with quiet rest and an optional mantra.
No movement. No experience required. Just space to breathe and be.
