I share these photos not to brag but just to show everyone, we all start somewhere. 🖼

Everyday is not going to be perfect 🚫. Here’s a confession, we did take out 3 times this week. 🤷🏻‍♀️ Between work and sports and school I made up excuses to cook. 🤦🏻‍♀️

Instead of giving up or giving in, I’m moving on and starting my Monday with some motivation and drive. Why? Because I will have those days or weeks where I don’t give a f**k, but I won’t let those days define my journey. This is my journey and I’m taking it one day, one workout at a time. 🤸🏻‍♂️🧘‍♀️

These results are 🔥 amazing.

She gained a pound but lost 19” 😱

Many people think 💭 they can’t change their life. They believe that if they get diabetes that there is no changing it, or if they have high blood pressure that it’s just “hereditary”.

Did you know type 2 diabetes can be reversed?

Or that blood pressure can be decreased by diet and exercise? 💃

The number one cause of death is due to lifestyle choices. 🙅🏻‍♀️

I don’t just diet and exercise daily for the number on the scale, or the size of my jeans 👖. ( that’s just an added bonus 🤗 ) BUT I do it because I was once on blood pressure medication in my early twenty’s 😵. I do it so I can chase my little guys around the park, and swim 🏊🏻‍♂️ with them at the beach 🏖. I do this for more than applause,.......

I do it for a cause.

I’m saying no ❌ to obesity, high blood pressure, diabetes, increased risk of cancer, and every other disease associated with not taking care of yourself.

There’s more to my reason WHY than you think 💭

The girl on the left: overweight, unhappy, self conscious of her body, and hid behind baggy clothes.
The girl on the right: healthy (minus a few desserts 🍨), happy, confident, and wearing clothes she’s never ever considered.

Guess what, this is the same girl. That girl is ME. 🙈. Sometimes I could kick myself in the ass for waiting so long to start my journey.... but I am just thankful that I finally did.

What I am even more thankful for??
Finding workout programs that actually fit lifestyle. 💃🏃🏼‍♀️

I now workout 6 days a week, in my own home, not worried about making sure my gym 💼 bag is packed, and making sure the kids are ready to go to the babysitting room, no running around after work, or kids sports😁 . I just throw on my clothes every morning, get my pre workout in ( BTW a major help!) press play and boom 💥 ready to kick ass.

Today was day 23/80 of my current program, are you ready to start your Day 1️⃣?

It’s the little things that count. It’s not the number on the scale, it’s those that really matter. 🎉 Normally I would be discouraged with my weight not going anywhere, but the proof is in the clothing. 👖
Well these pants are a SMALL, (saaaaay what?!) 😱 And they are big. The scale hasn’t gone anywhere, it actually went up 1 pound.

Tomorrow is Monday, start a new week off on the right foot ! Don’t wait ! 👍🏼
