This week at KidStrong, we’re focusing on one powerhouse movement: the push-up! 💥
Push-ups are a super important upper body strength move, but did you know they have other benefits, too? Push-ups are a foundational exercise that teach kids how to move with control and coordination.
The push-up helps kids:

📏 Improve body alignment
🌟 Learn perseverance through gradual progress
Push-ups aren’t easy, but they are important to help kids develop the mindset that practice and effort matter. Each rep teaches resilience, focus and determination.
Every time we work on push-ups, we see kids gain confidence from doing something challenging, sticking with it. 💪 And that’s how strong bodies and minds are made!
