Yin specifically seeks to target the connective tissue of the body through long, slow holds that allow it to expand over time. This practice will help alleviate stress and restore energy levels while improving flexibility, boosting circulation, and reducing tension.

Join Agatha for a special glow in the dark yoga class this Friday 10/24 @ 6 PM 🧘‍♀️

August Community Event: Power Up Picnic 💪🧺

Join Kevin and Olin on Friday 8/8 for a special outdoor Power Up class where we’ll combine body weight strength exercises, functional movement, and cardio in the fresh air!

After class we’ll have a picnic - bring your favorite dish to share and we’ll enjoy a sweet summer night together.

We recommend bringing a chair or blanket for the picnic portion of the evening.
