What you eat and drink before your infusion appointment matters — especially when it’s hot out! 🔥

Being properly hydrated and nourished for the infusion can help prevent nausea and other uncomfortable side effects. Unless you are instructed to fast — light, nourishing foods with electrolytes are ideal on the day of your appointment. Good options include:
• Watermelon
• Avocado
• Bananas
• Spinach

Make sure to drink plenty of water in the days leading up to your infusion! 💦
