Using photography as a tool for self-expression and story telling, Visual Diaries combines the power of peer support with the creativity of photography to help survivors explore personal identity, feelings of loss and discover resilience after a cancer diagnosis

This includes 6 weekly sessions with a closed group after week 2, reinforcing commitment and emotional safety. Each week will have a new topic to cover on how to best use your phone settings for photography. You will explore techniques in photography alongside themes of cancer survivorship. You'll leave each session with homework followed by group discussion of shared personal work.

Do you want to skydive with Above + Beyond Cancer?

Applications for cancer survivors to JUMP! with us on Saturday, July 11 are now open! This application is for anyone in their cancer journey who is physically able and willing to jump from a perfectly good airplane to support our programming in Central Iowa!

Applications are open until Friday, April 17th. Selected jumpers will be notified by Above + Beyond Cancer in early May.
