We're thrilled to team up with Above + Beyond Cancer, a unique Iowa-based nonprofit organization whose mission is to elevate the mind, body, and spirit of patients, survivors, and caregivers throughout the cancer journey.

Founded in 2011 by oncologist Dr. Richard Deming, Above + Beyond Cancer offers free weekly mind, body, and spirit programs for cancer survivors, caregivers, and anyone else who has been touched by cancer. Their evidence-based programs are led by medical staff and Certified Cancer Exercise Trainers. They offer both in-person and virtual programming options.

You can learn more about Above + Beyond Cancer at our upcoming open house on Monday, February 16th from noon to 2 pm in Conference Room 2 at Cass Health. Please join us!

Here are some highlights from our World Cancer Day Hike on Sunday - thanks to WHO 13 News for being there to share our gathering!

According to the American Cancer Society, there are over 5,000 new cancer cases every day, and Iowa has the second-highest cancer rate in the nation. A local non-profit organization hosts events connecting those impacted. Click🔗below.
