💕 It's Valentine's Day and what better way to celebrate than with the love story of one of my very own clients...

It is something truly special to walk alongside someone in their personal journey. But to be asked to stand and officiate on one of the most important days of their life — there are just no words for how honored I feel.

Fun Fact: I am ordained so of course I said Yes!

Watching this journey has been nothing short of incredible. From heartbreak, to learning how to open her heart again. From rebuilding trust, to navigating relationships without carrying the weight of someone else's mistakes. From finding herself, to saying I do.
I got to witness every step of that. And now I get to stand there on her wedding day.

Imperfect Pathways is making some new and exciting changes!☺️

Many of you have heard me talk about embracing change and learning how to pivot with the world around us — and that’s exactly what Imperfect Pathways is doing.

As we move into the new year, we are transitioning away from a full-time physical office and shifting into a more flexible service model. This change allows us to better meet client needs, adapt to the current landscape, and continue offering meaningful support in ways that are sustainable and accessible. We will continue to offer all of the services Imperfect Pathways is known for: coaching, training & speaking — some things will just look a little different.

Changes you can expect to see:

- Coaching will shift from a primarily in-person model to select in-person daytime options

- Evening and weekend availability will expand for those who need support outside of typical business hours

- More virtual options will be available to increase accessibility, with in-person opportunities still offered

- Imperfect Pathways will no longer operate out of our full-time physical office as of December 20

The timing was right to end our lease and move into a model that allows us to continue this work in a way that is more accessible, flexible, and sustainable.

Please note: Imperfect Pathways is NOT closing.
The work we do is needed — we are simply shifting with the times.

We are deeply grateful for the trust, support, and love each of you has shown over the past four years. As we step into this next chapter, we hope you’ll continue to trust us to be part of your journey — and, when it feels right, to refer Imperfect Pathways to those you love and care about.
