Today, on Veterans Day, we pause to honor and thank all who have served our nation with courage, sacrifice, and unwavering devotion.

Over the past week, we’ve proudly shared stories from veterans across our MorningStar communities. Each one is a powerful reminder of what it means to serve something greater than oneself.

We are deeply honored to have so many veterans call MorningStar home. Their stories, wisdom, and pride in service continue to inspire us every day. From all of us at MorningStar - thank you, veterans, for your bravery and your lasting legacy of love and service.

Residents gathered for a fun afternoon of decorating mugs! Afterward, we filled them with delicious hot chocolate and shared laughter, stories, and warm smiles. Nothing like a little creativity and cocoa to make the day sweet!

MSU: Aromatherapy & Hand Spa

Residents enjoyed a calming and refreshing MorningStar University Aromatherapy class. Together, they created their own bowls with roses and citrus, sparking wonderful conversations and fond memories of fresh flowers and oranges. 🌸✨

Along the way, we learned about the benefits of aromatherapy, from relaxation and stress relief to uplifting moods and enhancing well-being.

It was a truly sensory experience that left everyone feeling renewed and refreshed.

Pumpkin Painting Fun! 🎃

We had such a wonderful time painting pumpkins and celebrating the beauty of the season! One of our residents made it extra special, she’s been growing her own pumpkin patch right here in our courtyard!

She proudly picked the biggest pumpkin off the vine, and everyone loved seeing her paint her homegrown masterpiece. What an amazing full-circle moment, from garden to gallery!
