Our direct primary care model includes urgent care, on-site labs, and medication services for your convenience. Headquartered in West Des Moines, we currently have four clinic locations in surrounding communities, with expansion to Davenport, Coralville, Cedar Falls, Cedar Rapids, Sioux Falls and Omaha in late 2024.
