What are home care costs and how are rates determined? We have an answer!

"Rates for Caring Hearts Home Care services are very comparable to other in-home care agencies in central Iowa. Several factors are used to determine the rate, including the level of care needed, and the length and frequency of scheduled visits. During the initial phone call, we will give a price range of what we believe the rate will be. In most cases, we are able to narrow that range down and determine what the specific rate will be during the free in-home assessment."

Is there a minimum number of hours required per shift/per week? We have an answer!

"Caring Hearts Home Care asks for a minimum of 4 hours per scheduled visit. However, there are instances when we may be able to accommodate shorter visits if they coordinate well with a caregiver's availability. Please always reach out to us to discuss your scheduling needs. We strive to do our best to provide the help you are looking for. Caring Hearts Home Care does not require a minimum number of hours per week."
