Maybe some of you can identify with what Stephanie Whittaker wrote:

A few summers ago, every time we put on swimsuits, we had a drink in hand.
I was tired, he was stressed, and that was our escape. Saying “maybe later” to my kids when they wanted to play tag hurt my heart, but I was just trying to get through another day.
I finally told Brandon, “I’m going to try this thing with Amanda.” He laughed, but then joined me. We had no money, but we needed to break this cycle.

Make the choice. Flick the switch. The path to greatness is on the other side of one decision you've been pretending you don't need to make. But you do! Start the business. Apply for the job. Cold call the mentor. Go ask them out. Move confidently. Stop letting life just happen. Start happening to your life! So what are you going to do?

Congratulations are in order to Jessica! Not only did she recently get married, but she also made a profound commitment to her personal health! Jessica lost 22 pounds in a short time and was one of my first health coaching clients. But what I find interesting with each of my clients is the stories about how good they feel on Optavia. Increased energy, better sleep quality, greatly reduced inflammation and of course the weight loss! Weight loss is almost secondary to all of the health improvements! It really is about education, proper eating habits, clean food, healthy macros, and a supporting community! Another great success story! Jessica began her health journey to lose some weight prior to her wedding. She experienced more than just weight loss! Jessica noted improved energy levels throughout the day, better quality of sleep at night and a dramatic decrease in inflammation. Oh yeah, she did lose 22 pounds and looks great! Way to go Jessica!
