Anxiety is not always loud or obvious. It can quietly take over your thoughts and routines.

It can look like overthinking every decision.
Trouble relaxing.
Feeling tense even when nothing is wrong.
Lying awake replaying conversations.

If this feels familiar, you are not alone. Anxiety is treatable, and therapy can give you practical tools to feel steady and in control again.

We are currently accepting new patients in West Des Moines and Ankeny.
