Talk With Emily Sometimes you just need to talk with someone who gets it. Get mental health therapy with Emily Duffin, MSW, RSW Change is possible, and the journey is worth it.

And it all starts with you and your unique strengths, goals and insight. In our work together, my role will be to witness, reflect and help bring greater awareness to aspects of your inner and outer experience that may be in need of gentle attention or healing. At times I may bring evidence-based therapeutic techniques into our work, tailored to both your individual style and needs. Together, we will work to collaboratively to bring to life the changes you identify as being most important to you, right now.

I have 1-2 openings this Spring for new clients in my private practice (starting April or May).
Fridays only, either weekly or biweekly.
I am only marketing to my network at this moment due to demand.

In particular, I’m looking for clients ready to do trauma or trauma-adjacent work through techniques like cognitive processing therapy (CPT) and internal family systems (IFS) informed interventions.
