A group intended for adult children who are estranged, with the holidays coming up being a particularly difficult time.
This group is created as a supportive and therapeutic space (including art therapy) for adult children (+18) who are estranged or have a strained relationship with:

Parents/caretakers, siblings, grandparents, aunt or uncle, cousins, etc..

Or outcasted from their:
Community
Religion
Culture

*** This group is not intended for parents of estranged adult children***

SESSION DYNAMICS PRACTICE GROUP

A supervised participatory group for new practitioners learning to manage the arc of the hour—getting off to a good start in a session with a client, making sure some work is accomplished and properly ending, and every momentary pitfall in between.

Counting toward group supervision hours may depend on the actual group size and provisions of the participant’s program/registration.

Open to practicum students and RP(Qualifying) candidates.

Biweekly. 90 minutes. There will be no meeting on May 30th.

Tuition is per session and does not include HST.

polyamorytherapycollective: Our group therapy offers affirming space for people in polyamory and consensual non-monogamous relationships, including those exploring open relationships for the first time. We use integrative therapeutic modalities to help people navigate complex emotions, resolve relational and internal conflicts, and build healthy connections. Our groups are open to adult individuals, couples, thruples, or polycules of any sexual orientation and gender identity.
Our 8-week Polyamory Group Therapy is from April 3rd-May 22nd. Sessions are 90-minutes each and run every Thursday evening from 6:30-8:00 PM. All sessions are held in-person at All of You Wellness Centre. Our location is fully accessible, and all sessions are private and confidential.
