If you’re running on empty, this one’s for you.
In a walk-in clinic, we see it every day—skipped meals, low energy, sugar crashes.
So we made banana oat muffins with fiber, protein, and gut-friendly ingredients to support steadier energy (plus a little chocolate, because being human matters too).
Quick care can still be thoughtful 🤍🧁
Recipe:
- 2.5 cups of oats
- 1/4 cup pure maple syrup
- 1/4 cup organic peanut butter
- 1/4 cup collagen powder
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup of milk of choice
- pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- handful of semi sweet chocolate chopped
*add chia seeds and ground flax for extra goodness!
Bake in a muffin tin for 22-26 mins at 350 degrees. 👩🏻🍳
