The way you speak to yourself matters.💜

Most of us don’t even notice the automatic thoughts running through our minds every day. They’re quick, familiar and often harsh.

“I’m failing.”
“I should be over this.”
“My body betrayed me.”
“I can’t handle this.”

In Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), we slow those thoughts down.
Not to force feelings of positivity or dismiss those thoughts.

But to ask yourself instead:

Is this thought helpful?
Is it the full truth?
Is there another way I can respond to this?

Commitment to this practice, over time, can actually change how you feel in your body, your relationships, and your daily life.
