After long hours spent seated, the hips, inner thighs, pelvic floor, and lower back carry a quiet load. That tension often shows up as stiffness, discomfort, or a sense that movement feels restricted.
Here is a morning or evening exercise that does not require fancy clothes, a large room, or a perfect routine. When you create an environment that feels supportive, your body responds with more ease and freedom.
I use the frog position to gently restore balance. It supports core and pelvic strength while opening the hips, groin, and inner thighs. Over time, this can improve flexibility, range of motion, and how the body organizes itself in standing and walking.
