We only get upset about the things we care about. We learn more about those things when we are willing to spend time with ourselves and gain insight into our values, emotional triggers, as well as our dreams and aspirations. In all things, be mindful/aware of the energy/emotion you are sitting in and what it is you are hoping to put into the universe. Complaining creates more complaining, directed anger creates more anger, and directed fear creates more fear. When we project our emotions instead of regulating them, we only create more of the same. Always filter through “to what end” and always be willing to pause before responding so that you may show up in alignment with your values. Continue to heal & grow and as you do so, you will find that you are triggered less.
