Recently on August 2nd, Audiology Affiliates with offices in Framingham, Marlborough and Worcester closed suddenly and have not announced their future plans.

We became aware of this when a two new patient came in and told us, and asked us to reach out to the community.

Good Morning! Did know hearing loss can make social interactions more challenging? Potentially leading to feelings of isolation and withdrawal. Difficulty following conversations and participating in group settings may cause you to avoid social situations altogether, impacting your relationships and overall well-being.If you have hearing aids wear them. Good Morning! Once in a while get asked if it is safe to sleep in your hearing aids? Our answer would be while some hearing aids are designed for extended wear, it's important to consider the potential risks and discomforts of sleeping with your hearing aids on. For example, your ears may become sore or irritated from the prolonged pressure, and there is a risk of damaging your hearing aids if they become dislodged or pulled out during the night. We suggest talking with your your your hearing healthcare specialist or give our office a call.
