Case study:
My client presented with pain in her left butt that was worse in standing.
Watching her move showed limited bending to touch her toes, leaning backwards and standing on her left leg.
Using the NKT protocol we found the right lateral hamstring was overworked and the lumbar erectors were underworked.
After a few minutes of massage to the hamstrings the erectors started to do their job.
After, mobility in all 3 motions was improved.
And a reduction in left butt pain by 50%.
Without any intervention to the left butt. 🤯
She’ll have to do some work to stretch the hamstring and strengthen the erectors to fully resolve but this was a great start.
The photo is an AI generation of the spiral line which demos the connection between the hamstrings and opposite spinal erectors.
Takeaway: the site of your main pain may not be the location of the problem.
