3Rivers

3Rivers GMS is a non-profit organization in Westbrook, Maine that serves adults with Intellectual Disabilities and Autism Spectrum Disorders.

Throughout the years GMS has provided residential group homes tailored to meet individual needs. More recently, we have added a Community Case Management Department to educate, assist and empower people as to the variety of services and supports available to them. We work closely with consumers, Guardians, family members, agencies, caseworkers and other advocates. As a result, we can offer services to meet the specific needs of each individual. GMS is dedicated to serving our community by providing a valuable service. Our consumers live, work, volunteer and socialize in their community with support from dedicated professionals. Our organization has been recognized as the best of its kind. Our organization is growing at a steady pace. With this growth, we have been able to provide Case Management and Residential homes that focus on quality individualized programming that fosters choice, desires, independence, community integration and the ability to learn new skills as well as build upon present ones. In addition, GMS offers representative payee servicess and general financial management assistance.
