There is now access to the Patient Portal within the new software ChiroTouch. Online booking will be available once the software is fully launched, but you are able to create your account and pay any current balances shown.

Continue to use OptiMantra for scheduling until ChiroTouch is up and running fully. Reach out at anytime with questions.

The website is finally back online after a few weeks of technical issues!

North Star Alignment's website www.northstatalignment207.com is currently under construction while I make modifications as we transition to ChiroTouch over the next couple of weeks. Until then, you may continue to use https://www.optimantra.com/optimus/om/patient/login to schedule appointments. An instructional email will be sent via goodnews@northstaralignment207.com. If you would like to be included in the email list, shoot me a DM and I will add your email address so you can stay up-to-date with all of the North Star Alignment happenings.

Verizon is experiencing network outages, so this includes my devices. If I miss your call or do not respond quickly to a text, I will do so as soon as the service is restored.

On another technological issues note - OptiMantra is messing up their online scheduling portion, so if you have any trouble scheduling online, please reach out and we will find a date/time that works. (Cannot wait to launch ChiroTouch with OM tanking...).

My goodness.

Fingers crossed things are sorted with both soon!

Upcoming Software Change:
We will be switching electronic health records software from OptiMantra to ChiroTouch in the next month or so. There will be more information about the migration and what it means to patients once we get closer to launching it. This change should result in a smoother and more accurately curated experience for North Star Alignment and our patient base.

My dear friend Megan hosts a memorial charity golf event each early fall in honor of her late husband Corey. I have the information/links below. 2025 marks the FORE-th Annual Birdies for Biff! It will be hosted at Toddy Brook Golf Course in North Yarmouth and is happening on Friday September 12th.

The event supports the “say hello foundation” which endeavors to support those in the hospitality industry. (For example - if a small cafe’s oven stops working. This business can apply for a grant from the foundation for the new oven. Or, offering scholarships for furthering education. For those in the food industry would like to experience more school.)
