Following our Senior Green
Initiative, we’re partnering with
Compassus for their annual
Thanksgiving Tree Project to help
local families enjoy a warm holiday
meal. This year, the goal is to
provide complete Thanksgiving
dinners to 25 families, identified by
Seeds of Hope in Biddeford. Leaves
on the “Thanksgiving Tree”
represent items for a family meal,
take one or more and return donations by Wednesday, November 19th.
Every contribution, big or small, helps bring joy and comfort to families in
need. Let’s make a meaningful difference this holiday season!

It's almost time to turn back our clocks! ⏰

Daylight Savings Time ends this Sunday, November 2. For most of us it means an extra hour of sleep but for a senior in your life, there could be other challenges to navigate.

It’s World Occupational Therapy Day! 🎉

In celebration, we’re excited to share a recent guest blog from FOX Rehabilitation Occupational Therapist, Elizabeth Brophy. Today was a powerful and emotional day at the Alzheimer’s Walk. We were honored to participate alongside so many others in the fight to end Alzheimer’s. This cause is deeply personal to our community, and it was made even more meaningful by one of our beloved residents proudly representing the blue flower. A symbol of those currently living with Alzheimer’s or another dementia.Their courage, strength, and resilience inspire us every day. Seeing them walk with determination and hope reminded us all why we continue to raise awareness and support research.Thank you to everyone who walked, donated, and stood with us today. Together, we are walking toward a world without Alzheimer’s.
