Square Care is a management company that primarily supports a large medical group of OB/GYN and Primary Care Providers and may provide services to IPA members or other similar groups. Square Care is owned, controlled and led by physicians. Every member of the Medical Group today and tomorrow has an economic interest in the management company. Square Care provides both practice management and population health management services.
