Run weekly throughout the school year in small, consistent groups.

Offered on school holidays and select no-school days in Westchester.
Mixed ages, more social, playful, and flexible.

Available by request for local troops and girls’ groups.
Team-building, badge-aligned, and leadership-focused.

I talk with a lot of Westchester moms who are looking for more than “something to fill the time.”
They’re looking for a place where their daughter feels comfortable showing up, trying something new, and being part of a group without pressure to perform or fit a mold.

That’s the lens I design everything through, small groups, hands-on experiences, and space for girls to grow at their own pace. It’s especially powerful for incoming kindergarteners and elementary-aged girls who are still finding their footing socially.

Westchester moms…let’s talk about confidence and belonging for your elementary or middle school aged daughter:

You know these early elementary years can be tricky. Friendships start to matter more, emotions feel bigger, and sometimes it’s hard to find a group where she truly fits in.

And here’s what a lot of parents don’t realize… these elementary years matter more than most parents realize. What she learns now about confidence, friendship, and handling tricky social moments becomes the foundation for everything later. Waiting until middle school is too late.

That’s why our girls empowerment programs support girls at every stage, from elementary through middle school, helping them:

Not all girls thrive in loud, unstructured after school programs. I know I did NOT when I was her age. And growing up with 2 working parents I was always signed up for something to fill my afternoons. I was always feeling lost, like I didn’t fit in. As an introvert it wasn’t easy to find my way in the typical afterschool setting. This is why I built this.

Our Monday Afterschool Program in Croton-on-Hudson creates a structured, supportive environment so your daughter can:
• Build confidence at her own pace
• Develop social skills without overwhelm
• Participate in fun, wellness-based activities

Most parents wait until things feel hard to get their daughter support.

And that makes sense.
You don’t want to overreact.
You assume she’ll “figure it out.”
You hope confidence will come with time.

But here’s what I see every single week working with girls in Westchester County:

Confidence isn’t built during the hard moments.
It’s built before them.

Before the friendship shifts.
Before the comparison creeps in.
Before she starts questioning herself quietly.

That’s exactly why my girls afterschool and school-break programs in Croton-on-Hudson are designed for elementary-age girls. not because things are “wrong,” but because this is the window where the foundation is formed.

In our programs, girls:
• practice using their voice in safe, low-pressure ways
• build emotional awareness before big feelings feel overwhelming
• learn how to navigate friendships with confidence and kindness
