Your KNeeds by NOVA Providing medically based structural massage and bodywork for Custer Country & the surrounding areas! There is no exceptions that will be made for this rule.

You and I both have legal rights for our privacy and safety. Your information will not be shared without your legal consent. You have rights to all your information including but not limited to the health/ personal information you provide and records we keep to improve services offered to you. State law (and I) requires all genitalia and undergarments to be covered at all times by clothes or cloth. All services provided are of a therapeutic and professional nature, any requests for intimate or sexual services will be reported under Colorado State Law. All sales/ expiration dates are final and non refundable. There is the option to transfer any and all packages, gift cards, and prepaid services for your convince. No calls no call no shows will result in a full charge of session(s) by the end of the same day of service. There is a 24-Hour Cancellation Notice required on all session(s). Failure to comply can result in a $25 or one-third total cost of service(s) fee by the end of the same day of service. If the therapist has to emergency cancel in under 48 hours a $25 or one- third total cost fee of service(s) will be applied and you will be rescheduled for your earliest convenience.
