I had a feeling that makeshift home offices would eventually wear on the body. This is an interesting article.
Therapeutic massage is an excellent way to reverse and gain new muscle memory as you integrate back into office or school.

During a year of teaching over Zoom, I developed some preventable injuries and a new outlook on what it means to stay healthy at home.
