My meditation teacher Davidji quotes the Bhagavad Gita, chapter 2:verse 48 “Yogastha Kuru Karmani” which translates to ‘establish yourself in the present moment and then take action’. At Yogastha Living we want to teach you how to be grounded in present moment awareness and live a more authentic life. When you have mental clarity you can mindfully communicate and act with intention. Through the practices of meditation & yoga you discover your truest self revealing your best expression.
