We begin the day at 11:00 AM with an Attracting Love Neurographic Art Class, designed to deepen existing connections and open space for new love. This is a unique opportunity to gently access the subconscious mind through intuitive drawing, allowing intentions to take shape beyond words. A powerful and meditative experience you won’t want to miss.

As the day unfolds, we close with a Movement & Sound Bath Experience, a beautiful new offering that weaves gentle movement with immersive sound. This practice invites you to connect deeply with your body, calm the nervous system, and drop into a soulful state of presence and self-love.

All classes have limited availability, so booking in advance is essential.

💗 VALENTINE’S DAY INVITATION 💗
An evening of movement, sound & deep connection

This Valentine’s Day, you’re invited to fall back into your body.

The night begins with 30 minutes of guided meditative movement led by Charlotte Underwood, an intuitive, gentle flow designed to soften the nervous system, open the heart space, and awaken embodied presence.

From there, you’ll be guided into a one-hour immersive sound bath, where waves of resonance carry you into deep rest and surrender. You’ll be fully supported with cozy mattresses, blankets, and a warm, candlelit atmosphere created for comfort and care.
