The Elms Retirement Residence has grown to meet the needs of seniors who want to call our boutique senior living campus home. After restoring and opening the original Elm Street mansion in 1984, founder and owner Guy Maiorano significantly added to and expanded the main community while adding assisted living services. The opening of The Carriage House at The Elms in 2000 and addition of Chestnut

Cottage in 2010 created the region's only stand alone communities dedicated to the care of those with Alzheimer's and other dementias.
