So this is really happening! For the last several years Revolution Women’s Health has lived in my head, on the internet, and in the hearts of all my amazing clients, and I’m so happy we finally have a home in an amazing women centered, mother centered, family centered community inside . Starting next week I’ll be offering integrative and functional nurse practitioner care to women through all stages of life. Almost nothing about nutrition is absolute. Protein requirements are, in my mind, one of the few exceptions. If you are a woman, I can almost grantee that you are under-consuming protein. Protein is the building block of all tissue, it promotes healthy weight and metabolism, proper hormone production, and supports healthy aging.
